APPOINTMENT TIMES
The appointment time shown in on this website are the full time you should allow from coming into the salon and leaving. We allow enough time within the appointment time for changing, filling in relevant health questionnaires etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellations really do hurt our business. Therefore we respectfully ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. A 50% booking fee may be taken to secure longer appointments. All courses must be paid for on commencement of treatment and are valid for 6 months. Money is not refundable. The management accepts no responsibility for items lost on the premises.
We also offer a loyalty scheme – please ask at reception for details.
